Medical Receptionist

Join our friendly Penrith team as a full-time Medical Receptionist.

This role operates from Monday to Friday on a rotating roster between the hours of 6:45am – 10:00pm, with occasional Saturday shifts from 6:45am – 5:00pm.

As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, playing an important role in creating a positive and professional patient experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures.
• Answering emails and phone calls promptly and handling inquiries professionally.
• Advising patients of preparation prior to relevant scans.
• Billing procedures – private, Medicare, workers compensation, and DVA.
• Collaborating with clerical and technical staff, radiologists, and referrers.

✅ Relevant reception experience.
