Role Overview
Serve as a trusted P&O point of contact for employees and leaders on people topics requiring human judgment.
Champion people experience, trust, inclusion, growth, and well-being across teams.
Support standardization, operational excellence, and compliance with labor laws and P&O regulations.
Core Responsibilities
- Handle complex and emotionally sensitive people-related situations while delivering a consistent, high-quality experience.
- Ensure local compliance with labor laws, P&O policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with labor relations, impact teams, shared services, and other P&O teams.
- Drive automation, data management, knowledge management, policy simplification, and process harmonization.
- Guide workforce planning and organizational decisions related to AI adoption, productivity, skills, and transformation.
Qualifications
- Bring 8–12 years of P&O experience in a global, dynamic environment.
- Demonstrate expertise in sensitive and complex people-relations matters.
- Have deep knowledge of compliance frameworks, labor laws, employee relations, and local regulations.
- Bring strong trust-building, collaboration, communication, adaptability, and transformation skills.
