What You Will Need

• At least 8 years of experience in a high-performing, analytical environment such as consulting, business operations, finance, or a fast-growing startup.
• Experience leading a function or team.
• Ability to rethink traditional processes, drive organizational change, and deliver long-term business impact.
• A strong track record of building systems and processes from scratch and operating them at scale.
• Strong analytical ability with experience building dashboards, working with data, and using metrics to drive decisions.
• An AI-native approach to using AI tools, building smarter workflows, and automating manual work.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across functions.
• Proven experience building, managing, and developing high-performing teams.

Workplace Requirement

• This is a fully office-based role requiring attendance in the office five days per week.
• Candidates should be comfortable working on-site full-time in an in-person environment.
