Taptap Send is building a cross-border fintech for emerging markets and remittance corridors.
The company operates across six continents and is developing products including local cards, savings, and payments features.
The global team has more than 250 people, 50 nationalities, and 50 languages.
About the Role
This senior, high-ownership role leads People Operations as a scalable, automated system for a fast-growing global team.
The role sets strategic direction, designs operating infrastructure, and develops a team that improves employee experience across global markets.
What You Will Do
- Lead, mentor, and develop the People Operations team while setting direction and raising execution standards.
- Own the People Operations strategy and AI-enabled transformation agenda.
- Design scalable automation across payroll, compensation, reporting, and operational workflows, targeting 80–90% automation of day-to-day processes.
- Build people data infrastructure and self-service dashboards covering headcount, attrition, hiring pipeline, and compensation.
- Own salary banding, benchmarking, and leveling frameworks.
- Advise senior leaders across Finance, Legal, and the wider business using people data for workforce planning.
