As a People Operations Generalist at GoGuardian, you will be a key player in supporting our most valuable asset: our people.

In this position, you will become the primary point of contact responsible for supporting our people at all levels, leading process improvements, and ensuring data integrity across our HRIS systems.

You are a system-thinker and a trusted partner to both employees and management.

The ideal candidate is a thoughtful collaborator, strong communicator, and practical, business-oriented problem solver.

• 3-5 years of experience as a People/HR Generalist. You possess a deep, "systems-thinking" approach to HR, seeing the impact of individual processes on the broader organization.
• Expert user of ADP, Lattice, Jira, and Greenhouse; skilled at utilizing Google Workspace to craft analytical, insight-led reports.
• AI-Powered Efficiency: Enthusiastic early adopter of AI tools; you proactively integrate AI to streamline administrative workflows, draft communications, review data, and accelerate research to drive efficiency.
• Data-fluent: You don't just track metrics; you uncover trends and tell stories with data to improve the employee experience.
