People Operation Associate

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day People Operations activities from onboarding through offboarding.
• Support employee documentation, contracts, letters, and HR records.
• Maintain accurate employee data across HR systems.
• Support onboarding and provide a smooth joining experience for new hires.
• Handle employee requests and HR operations queries.
• Support leave, attendance, benefits, and other employee-related processes.
• Coordinate payroll inputs and employee updates with internal teams.
• Support offboarding, clearance, and exit processes.
• Improve People Operations processes, workflows, and employee experience.
• Align HR processes and documentation with company policies and local labor requirements.

Requirements

• Around 1–3 years of hands-on People Operations or HR Operations experience.
• Strong exposure to onboarding, offboarding, employee records, contracts, and HR systems.
• Good understanding of the employee lifecycle.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Very good English communication skills.
• Actual People Operations experience and interest in continuing within Operations are required.
