Role Overview
The People Operations Associate manages day-to-day People Operations activities across the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
The role supports employee documentation, HR systems, employee queries, payroll inputs, benefits, and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage People Operations activities across onboarding, employee administration, and offboarding.
- Support employee documentation, contracts, letters, HR records, clearance, and exit processes.
- Maintain accurate employee data across HR systems.
- Support onboarding and provide a smooth joining experience for new hires.
- Handle employee requests and queries related to HR operations.
- Support leave, attendance, benefits, payroll inputs, and employee updates.
- Improve People Operations processes, workflows, and employee experience.
- Align HR processes and documentation with company policies and local labor requirements.
Requirements
- Around 1–3 years of hands-on People Operations or HR Operations experience.
- Strong exposure to onboarding, offboarding, employee records, contracts, and HR systems.
- Good understanding of the employee lifecycle.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
