Experienced Workday user with a background in HR or related discipline, capable of optimising system functionality to support strategic decision-making.

Skilled in business process improvement, reporting, and project management, with the ability to build dashboards and support compensation cycles.

Confident communicator and collaborator, able to partner across teams and act as a Workday super user to support and train others.

Demonstrates a growth mindset, resilience, and a proactive approach to resolving system issues and driving continuous improvement.
