Role Overview

People & Culture Agent supporting the Human Resources function and employee experience.

The role supports recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, and workplace culture initiatives.

The role is with Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island, a luxury resort within the Accor hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily HR and People & Culture operations, recruitment, candidate screening, interviews, and hiring.
  • Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and offboarding while maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
  • Respond to employee questions about policies, benefits, leave, and procedures.
  • Support engagement, recognition, team-building, performance, development, training, and culture initiatives.
  • Support employee relations, escalate complex issues, and help apply HR policies consistently.
  • Prepare HR reports and payroll-related information, maintain attendance and leave records, and protect confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Two to four years of experience in Human Resources, People & Culture, or a similar role.
  • Experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, time-management, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • High confidentiality and professionalism, with an empathetic, approachable, employee-focused approach.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, with accurate record-keeping.

Preferred and Required Skills

  • HR certification such as CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent is an advantage.
  • HRIS or HR management system experience is preferred.
  • Multicultural or fast-paced environment experience is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software is required.
  • Fluent English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
