People Advisor

Employee relations case management, including absence, disciplinary, grievance and performance matters.

Coaching and supporting managers on people management best practice.

Advising on HR policies, procedures and employment legislation.

Supporting organisational change, consultation activity and colleague forums.

Using people data and insights to identify trends and support decision-making.

Supporting recruitment, onboarding, talent development and colleague engagement initiatives.

CIPD Level 3 qualification (or currently working towards it).

Experience providing advice and guidance to managers on people matters.

Experience managing employee relations cases.

Sound knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice.

Strong communication, coaching and influencing skills.

Experience working with HR systems and people data.
