Key responsibilities And accountabilities And strong>
- Assessing and diagnosing the specialist physiotherapy needs for children (depending on setting),and analyzing the appropriate clinical intervention for the variety of childhood conditions referred to the service.
- Setting realistic goals, which can be measured and are compliant, with the functional needs of the children and families, depending on the needs.
- Providing continual reassessment and review of these goals on the needs of the children and environment change.
Competencies And strong>
- Maintain a high level of organization for file maintenance, daily, weekly and monthly record keeping.
- Ability to work in both multi-disciplinary and multi-disciplinary teams.
- Ability to manage a caseload independently.
- Good communication skills.
- Evidence of an understanding of the practical application of clinical governance.
- IT skills.
- Flexible and adaptable.
