Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities
- Responsible for implementing the treatment plan developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) addressing communication, behavior, feeding, ADLs and social skills.
- Monitors the progress of a treatment plan and work closely with the BCBA to update the treatment plan as necessary
- Provide parent/caregiver training under the guidance of the BCaBA or BCBA.
- Maintain client program book and up to date data collection for clients on their caseload.
Competencies
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills.
- Maintain a high level of organization for file maintenance, daily, weekly and monthly record keeping.
