Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments with children to design individualized treatment plans with clear, measurable goals and evidence based methods
- Track and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Coordinate care with the broader clinical team, including OTs, SLTs, and neurologists
- Provide clear, compassionate consultations to parents and guardians on diagnosis, progress, and next steps
- Educate children and families on home exercise programs and safety practices
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in line with center and DHA standards
- Use play based and child friendly therapeutic approaches to enhance engagement
- Participate in case discussions and therapy planning meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy with pediatric specialization
- Active DHA license to practice Physiotherapy
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Pediatric Physiotherapy
- Strong communication skills in English
- Prior experience in a multidisciplinary pediatric clinic
- Genuine patience, empathy, and comfort working with children and parents
- Strong team player
- Strong clinical reasoning in pediatric neuro rehabilitation

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy, with a specialization or strong clinical focus in pediatrics.
- Active DHA license to practice Physiotherapy.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience with Pediatric Physiotherapy.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Prior experience in a multidisciplinary pediatric clinic rather than general/adult physiotherapy.
- Balance, posture, and coordination training
- Gait correction including toe walking management
- Genuine patience, empathy, and comfort working directly with children and parents.
- Strong Team Player
- Use play based and child friendly therapeutic approaches to enhance engagement
- Participate in case discussions and therapy planning meetings
- Strong clinical reasoning in pediatric neuro rehabilitation
