We are seeking an experienced and results-driven
Pdi National Manager
to lead and optimize all Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) operations across the network.
The role is responsible for ensuring full compliance with OEM standards, achieving operational excellence, maintaining service quality, and driving continuous improvement initiatives while aligning with client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
The ideal candidate will have strong automotive aftersales expertise, leadership capability, and a proven track record in managing large-scale workshop and PDI operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all national PDI operations in alignment with OEM standards and client SLAs.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve PDI processes, procedures, and operational workflows.
- Ensure the availability, maintenance, and proper utilization of tools, equipment, and workshop facilities.
- Manage workforce planning, workshop utilization, and workload distribution across supervisors, team leaders, and technicians.
- Monitor operational performance through KPIs, reporting accuracy, and periodic audits.
- Drive quality assurance initiatives to minimize vehicle comebacks, defects, and customer complaints.
- Investigate customer complaints, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate and align with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operational execution.
- Ensure technicians receive the required technical training and maintain the necessary competency levels.
- Oversee operational cost control, budget management, and resource optimization.
- Prepare and present operational analysis, performance reports, and improvement recommendations to management.
- Promote a high-performance culture, team engagement, safety compliance, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience Education
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Automotive Aftersales and PDI operations
- Strong experience in workshop management, operational excellence, and OEM compliance
