Responsibilities
- Execute daily pricing and operational support activities in alignment with business objectives
- Respond to customer, sales team, and vendor inquiries in a timely manner
- Process RFQs and prepare standard quotations for air, sea, road freight, and customs clearance shipments
- Ensure quotations are submitted within agreed turnaround times
- Monitor shipment status from the inquiry stage through final delivery and update stakeholders accordingly
- Coordinate with vendors, agents, carriers, customs brokers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations
- Track service performance and escalate operational delays or service issues when necessary
- Maintain accurate shipment records and status updates within freight forwarding systems and ERP platforms
- Ensure proper handling and filing of shipping documentation and operational records
- Support vendor registration processes and maintain supplier information
- Verify invoice accuracy by matching customer invoices with vendor charges
- Assist in maintaining operational reports, KPI tracking, and pricing databases
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–5 years of professional experience
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience within the Freight Forwarding industry in Saudi Arabia
- Experience in pricing, customer service, operations coordination, or logistics administration is preferred

Job Summary
- We are seeking a detail oriented and proactive Freight Forwarding Pricing Coordinator to support our Freight Forwarding team by managing pricing activities, RFQs, quotations, shipment tracking, and operational coordination.
- The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting daily pricing and operational activities, ensuring timely quote preparation, accurate data management, efficient shipment monitoring, and seamless coordination between sales, operations, vendors, and customers.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Experience
