Responsibilities
- Provide real time, accurate, and culturally sensitive interpretation services between English and specified Indian languages (Malayalam, Tamil, Hindi) during critical client interactions and operational processes.
- Facilitate seamless communication flow in high pressure environments, ensuring no loss of critical information or nuance during live discussions and troubleshooting sessions.
- Accurately interpret technical jargon, industry specific terminology, and complex instructions to ensure clear understanding between technical teams and non technical stakeholders.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all client information, proprietary data, and sensitive communications encountered during interpretation sessions.
- Proactively identify and address potential communication barriers or misunderstandings, employing effective clarification techniques to ensure message fidelity.
