Key Responsibilities

  • Process payroll activities using HRIS (Adrenalin System)
  • Review attendance, shift changes, overtime, deductions, and salary adjustments
  • Update employee bank details, visa/WPS changes, and payroll records
  • Generate payroll reports, salary registers, reconciliation reports, and SIF files
  • Coordinate final settlement and payroll-related transactions
  • Support employees with payroll and attendance queries
  • Maintain payroll documentation and records
  • Arrange flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and travel requirements for employees
  • Process business trip approvals, per diem allowances, and related documentation
  • Coordinate payment sheets for travel, hotel, and visa expenses with Finance and Procurement
