Payroll Support

Essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Assist in the service commitment established in the onboarding of new and existing customers that meet the expectations outlined in the service commitment.
• Collection of data from clients via web, fax, email or phone.
• Answer basic client payroll questions.
• Proactive in collection of any outstanding employee information.
• Update or maintain payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, deductions, job title, department/division transfers or workers compensation.
• Work with business clients to assure maximum utilization of our products and services.
• Enforce compliance to project management best practices.
• Establish and execute a project communication plan.
• Ability to effectively manage and resolve emergency client situations.
• Travels to any business location for support as requested by management.
• Attends seminars, training sessions and meetings as required by management.
• Assists in any special projects or assignments as requested by the Branch Administrator.
• Regular and predictable physical attendance is required.
