The Payroll Specialist will manage end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of payroll for all employees.

The role requires strong analytical ability, knowledge of statutory requirements, and comfort working with digital payroll systems in a fast-paced fintech environment.

• Execute and support the end-to-end payroll lifecycle, including validations, inputs, reconciliations, statutory compliance, approvals, and disbursements- Income tax computations, norms around personal Investment of employees for tax benefits.
• Ensure payroll processing adheres to India regulations, internal controls, compliance & audit requirements, and company standards.
• Act as an operational escalation point for complex payroll issues, exceptions, and employee queries.
• Partner closely with HR, Finance, Compliance and external tax consultant (for Income tax related norms) teams to resolve payroll queries and ensure timely closure of cases.
