What You’ll Do

Process payroll accurately and on time, including wages, overtime and adjustments

Maintain and reconcile payroll records and resolve discrepancies

Ensure compliance with legislation, awards and company policies

Prepare reports and payroll documentation

Provide timely and professional support to employees with payroll queries

Collaborate with HR, Finance and broader payroll team members to improve processes

What You’ll Bring

Minimum 2+ years’ experience in end-to-end payroll processing (Chris21 preferred)

Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, tax and award interpretation

Experience with payroll/HRIS systems (e.g., Chris21, Kronos, Workday)

High attention to detail, problem-solving ability and confidentiality

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment

Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables desirable)
