Payroll Coordinator (Contract)

Audit and reconcile the payroll entries.

Prepare ROEs.

Calculate WSIB remittances.

Benefits plan administration.

Respond to payroll and benefits inquiries.

Prepare monthly journal entries and reconcile the GL accounts.

Participate and support the team in payroll initiatives.

Some Canadian payroll experience.

Employment Standards Act knowledge.

Intermediate excel knowledge.

Exceptional customer service skills and comfort interacting with individuals at all levels.

A passion for payroll.

Ability to work independently – be a self-starter and self-learner and take time to think and take initiative.
