Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll, salaries, allowances, overtime, deductions, and final settlements
- Maintain and update employee payroll records and HR master data
- Prepare payroll reconciliations and ensure accuracy of payroll transactions
- Calculate end of service benefits, leave encashment, and other employee payments
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, and employees to resolve payroll related queries
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements
- Prepare payroll reports, analyses, and supporting documentation for audits
- Support budgeting and forecasting related to employee compensation and benefits
- Maintain confidentiality of payroll and employee information
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3 5 years of payroll accounting experience
- Experience with payroll systems and ERP software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes, reconciliations, and labor law requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills
