Responsibilities
- Own and manage service configurations across internal and external systems
- Ensure accurate setup and maintenance of products, services, limits, fees and control parameters
- Coordinate with IT and Product teams for configuration changes, enhancements, and releases
- Maintain configuration documentation, SOP, and change logs
- Act as the primary point of contact for third party service providers
- Define, monitor, and enforce SLAs with third party vendors
- Conduct regular service reviews, performance assessments, and escalation management
- Coordinate issue resolution, root cause analysis (RCA), and preventive actions with partners
- Manage end to end payroll processing and WPS file submissions in compliance with UAE Central Bank / MOHRE regulations
- Ensure timely validation and submission of payroll salary processing
- Handle payroll exceptions, rejections and refunds
- Coordinate with Central bank, WPS Processors, Corporates, and internal teams for smooth payroll operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience with card processing platforms, payroll/WPS systems, and operational workflows
- Experience working with card schemes (Visa, Mastercard, Jaywan) and third party processors
- Strong documentation skills, including SOPs, process flows, and operational manuals
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines

Role Overview
- Manager Payments Operations (Manager Service Operations) drives end to end operational excellence across system level service configurations (fees, limits, and controls), third party vendor coordination with strict SLA tracking and issue resolution, Payroll and WPS operation activities and card
- The role ensures reliable service delivery, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement through process optimization and operational scalability.
- This role requires also operational familiarity with the CBUAE portals. (Aani and WPS)
Key Responsibilities
- Service Configuration & Management: Own and manage service configurations across internal and External systems.
- Ensure accurate setup and maintenance of products, services, limits, fees and control parameters.
- Coordinate with IT and Product teams for configuration changes, enhancements, and releases.
- Maintain configuration documentation, SOP, and change logs.
- Third Party Coordination & SLA Management: Act as the primary point of contact for third party service providers (processors, payroll partners, WPS agents, vendors).
- Define, monitor, and enforce SLAs with third party vendors.
- Conduct regular service reviews, performance assessments, and escalation management.
- Coordinate issue resolution, root cause analysis (RCA), and preventive actions with partners.
- Payroll & WPS Operations: Manage end to end payroll processing and WPS file submissions in compliance with UAE Central Bank / MOHRE regulations.

- Expertise in managing system level configurations such as fees, limits, controls, and operational parameters.
- Proven capability in managing third party vendors, monitoring SLAs, handling escalations, and driving timely issue resolution.
- In depth understanding of card lifecycle management, transaction processing, chargebacks, settlements, and scheme compliance (Visa, Mastercard, Jaywan).
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing, WPS file handling, reconciliations, exceptions, and regulatory requirements.
- Effective collaboration with internal teams (Technology, Product, Compliance, Finance) and external partners.
- Experience in improving operational efficiency through automation, standardization, and scalable process design.
- Clear communication, strong documentation skills, and ability to lead operational teams and initiatives.
