About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Head of Payment Gateway to lead and optimize our payment operations within the fast-paced iGaming industry. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in payment gateways, PSPs, acquiring, and high-volume online transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage payment gateway and PSP operations.
- Manage relationships with payment providers, banks, and acquiring partners.
- Optimize payment approval rates, transaction costs, and payment performance.
- Oversee deposits, withdrawals, chargebacks, refunds, and payment reconciliation.
- Monitor payment risks, fraud, and operational issues.
- Identify and implement new payment methods and providers across markets.
- Work closely with Finance, Compliance, Risk, Product, and Operations teams.
- Monitor KPIs and provide regular payment performance reports.
- Ensure payment processes meet regulatory and company requirements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in payments, PSPs, acquiring, or fintech.
- Strong understanding of iGaming payment flows and payment gateways.
- Experience managing multiple PSPs and payment methods.
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
