About the Role
The Account Executive & Admin manages day-to-day accounting activities, office administration, documentation, and coordination.
The role is in the Finance & Administration department and requires the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Accounting Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare invoices, receipts, payment records, and expense reports.
- Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and supporting documents.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up when required.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, suppliers, and other financial partners.
- Ensure accounting records are updated accurately and on time.
Administration Responsibilities
- Manage daily office administrative activities.
- Maintain company records, files, documents, and employee information.
- Handle office supplies, stationery, and administrative requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and service providers.
