Responsibilities
- Create and develop garment patterns based on sketches, design specifications, and sample garments
- Prepare manual and digital patterns for production
- Conduct pattern grading for different sizes
- Work closely with designers, production teams, and tailors to ensure garment accuracy and fit
- Participate in fittings and make necessary pattern adjustments
- Develop prototypes and sample garments for approval
- Ensure patterns meet quality, construction, and production requirements
- Calculate fabric consumption and provide technical guidance to production teams
- Maintain pattern records and technical documentation
- Resolve fitting and construction issues during sample and production stages
- Support continuous improvement of production efficiency and garment quality
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Pattern Maker in the fashion, garment, or apparel industry
- Experience in luxury fashion, couture, evening wear, bridal wear, or high end ready to wear is preferred
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, fitting, and pattern grading
- Ability to interpret design sketches and technical specifications
- Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines
- Strong teamwork and communication skills

Job Summary
- OVO Luxury Signature is seeking a skilled and detail oriented Pattern Maker to join our fashion production team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating accurate garment patterns, developing samples, ensuring proper fit and construction, and supporting the production process from design concept to final garment.
- Experience in luxury fashion, evening wear, couture, or ready to wear garments is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and develop garment patterns based on sketches, design specifications, and sample garments.

Compensation
- Pay: AED 2,500.00 AED 3,500.00 per month
