Patient Support Specialist - Part-time (Florida - React Diagnostics)

I’m looking for someone who is excited about having the front line responsibility of providing product support (educate and instruct on the use of ReactDx's cardiac monitors) to patients, customers, and internal staff to maintain patient compliance with the cardiac monitoring test.

This position shall support the clinical team to ensure maximum patient compliance and management of company assets (cardiac monitors and equipment). You’re still reading? Awesome… The work will include a wide variety of responsibilities, including:

Communicate with patients, customers, and internal staff via telephone to maintain patient compliance, order supplies, track shipments, troubleshoot devices, document losses and meet FDA compliance requirements.

Manage inbound and outbound calls (no sales calls) in a call center setting.

Use Microsoft Excel, Google spreadsheets and proprietary software to document, track, and monitor communication and compliance.

Interdepartmental transition available with job proficiency and attendance requirements met (other departments include Clinical, Customer support, Trials, Quality Improvement, Fulfillment, Billing, Resolution, Marketing, Engineering, Sales, Finance)
