Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional consultation to patients regarding our healthcare services.
  • Explain and guide patients about IV Drip Therapy, Home Blood Tests, Doctor on Call Services, Home Nursing Services.
  • Respond promptly to WhatsApp messages, phone calls, and other patient inquiries.
  • Book and schedule patient appointments efficiently.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and the operations team.
  • Guide patients in selecting the most appropriate healthcare services.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and appointment schedules.
  • Follow up with patients before and after appointments.
  • Ensure excellent patient satisfaction and professional customer service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Medical, Healthcare, Nursing, Pharmacy, or Allied Health.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in patient relations, customer service, healthcare coordination, or medical administration.
  • Good knowledge of IV Drip Therapy, Home Blood Tests, Doctor on Call Services, and Home Nursing Services.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, consultation, and customer service skills.
  • Good problem solving and decision making abilities.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced healthcare environment.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, Email, Excel, and appointment scheduling systems).
  • Professional attitude with excellent attention to detail.
  • Positive team player with a proactive approach.
