Responsibilities
- Provide professional consultation to patients regarding healthcare services
- Explain and guide patients about IV Drip Therapy, Home Blood Tests, Doctor on Call Services, and Home Nursing Services
- Respond promptly to WhatsApp messages, phone calls, and other patient inquiries
- Book and schedule patient appointments efficiently
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and the operations team
- Guide patients in selecting the most appropriate healthcare services
- Maintain accurate patient records and appointment schedules
- Follow up with patients before and after appointments
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Medical, Healthcare, Nursing, Pharmacy, or Allied Health
- Minimum 1 year of experience in patient relations, customer service, healthcare coordination, or medical administration
- Good knowledge of IV Drip Therapy, Home Blood Tests, Doctor on Call Services, and Home Nursing Services
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal, consultation, and customer service skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, Email, Excel, and appointment scheduling systems)
