About the Role
Comfort Trust Home Healthcare LLC seeks an experienced Newborn Baby Caregiver to provide complete newborn care, monitor health, and support mothers postpartum. Requires 5+ years experience and certification in baby care or nursing.

Responsibilities
- Provide complete newborn baby care from birth onwards
- Monitor the baby's health, comfort, feeding, sleeping, and daily activities
- Feed newborns according to recommended schedule
- Prepare and sterilize feeding bottles and baby equipment
- Change diapers and maintain proper hygiene
- Bathe, dress, swaddle, burp, soothe, and comfort newborn babies
- Establish healthy sleep routines and safe sleeping practices
- Observe for signs of illness or discomfort and report concerns immediately
- Maintain cleanliness of the baby's nursery, clothing, and feeding accessories
- Support mothers during the postpartum period and educate parents on newborn care
- Maintain accurate daily care records
- Follow infection control, safety protocols, and emergency procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in newborn baby care
- Nursing, Midwifery, Caregiver, or Healthcare background preferred
- Certification in Baby Care, Caregiving, Nursing, or Midwifery is an advantage
- Infant CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of newborn development and infant care
- Ability to recognize early signs of illness or emergencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, trustworthy, and responsible
- Ability to work independently and flexible shifts when required
