Comfortable navigating complexity without losing track of the details

A team player who helps the clinical and access teams stay on top of authorizations and visit limits

Experience in medical billing, claims follow-up, revenue cycle, or insurance coordination (preferred)

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes consistently

Comfort communicating with insurance companies and explaining billing clearly to families

Ability to manage multiple priorities and time-sensitive tasks simultaneously

Comfort using EMR systems, payer portals, spreadsheets, and basic office software

A professional, solutions-oriented communication style

Schedule: Full-time · Monday - Friday · 9:00AM to 5:00PM · Remote · No nights or weekends
