Prior experience in clinic operations, healthcare administration, or a similar operational management role

Experience managing or supervising direct reports

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through

Comfort with EMR systems, scheduling tools, and basic office technology

A professional, warm, and empathetic approach to families and team members

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Schedule: Full-time · Monday - Thursday in clinic · 8:00AM to 6:00PM (with a lunch break) · Friday remote
