Support patients while promoting products or services and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward patients.
- Respond promptly to patient inquiries through various communication channels.
- Acknowledge and resolve patient complaints.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of products to answer customer questions.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Keep records of patient or client interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Manage a team of junior customer service representatives.
- Ensure patient satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services using scripts.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Ability to stay calm when clients are stressed or upset.
- Computer skills.
- Experience working with customer support.
- Fluency in English is required.
- One year of healthcare experience is required.
- Freshers are also welcome.
- One year of Patient Coordinator experience is required.
- Arabic is required.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 8,000 to AED 10,000 per month.
