Role Overview
Dynamic is seeking an HR Assistant to support recruitment, employee administration, timesheets, employee inquiries, licensing, visa coordination, and orientation.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment activities and communicate with doctors, nurses, and general candidates.
- Post job advertisements, screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and schedule interviews.
- Provide clerical support through emails, offer letters, and employee record maintenance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly timesheets and calculate overtime.
- Handle employee inquiries on HR issues and manage complaints and grievances.
- Assist with DHA license activation and renewal and coordinate visas with the PRO.
- Conduct employee orientation and assist with candidate sourcing and database updates.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in a related field or its equivalent.
- Computer skills including Word and Excel in a Microsoft Windows environment.
- One year of general experience, with UAE Human Resources experience required.
- General knowledge of UAE labor law.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,500 to AED 4,500 per month.
Workplace
- The work location is in person.
