Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Coordinate patient appointments, follow ups, and scheduling
- Register patients and maintain accurate medical and personal records
- Answer phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries in Arabic and English
- Guide patients regarding medical services, procedures, insurance approvals, and billing processes
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments to ensure smooth patient flow
- Handle patient complaints and concerns professionally and escalate when necessary
- Verify insurance eligibility and assist in obtaining approvals if required
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with healthcare regulations
- Ensure reception and waiting areas are organized and patient friendly
- Prepare daily reports and update appointment schedules
- Support administrative and operational tasks assigned by management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a medical center, hospital, or healthcare facility
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare procedures is preferred
- Familiarity with insurance processing and healthcare systems
- Proficient in MS Office and hospital management software
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Job Overview
