- Assist in recording daily financial transactions in the accounting system
- Prepare and maintain sales, purchase, and payment vouchers
- Process invoices, receipts, and petty cash transactions
- Assist with bank reconciliations and account reconciliations
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities
- Prepare basic financial reports and schedules as required
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records
- Assist in payroll data preparation and reconciliation when required
- Support internal and external audit processes by providing the required documents
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures
- Enter financial and administrative data accurately into accounting software and spreadsheets

Accounting Responsibilities
- Assist in recording daily financial transactions in the accounting system.
- Prepare and maintain sales, purchase, and payment vouchers.

Data Entry Responsibilities
- Enter financial and administrative data accurately into accounting software and spreadsheets.
- Verify data for completeness and accuracy before processing.
- Update employee, supplier, and customer records in the system.
- Maintain electronic and physical records in an organized manner.
- Generate reports from the accounting system as requested.
- Correct data discrepancies and maintain data integrity.
- Ensure timely updating of databases and financial records.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Assist with document preparation, photocopying, scanning, and filing.
- Coordinate with internal departments for financial documentation.
- Respond to routine accounting and administrative inquiries.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Finance Manager.
Compensation
- Pay: AED2,800.00 AED3,000.00 per hour
