- Follow up on pending quotations and treatment proposals

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in patient coordination, customer service, sales, or healthcare administration
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and follow up abilities
- Ability to build trust and long term patient relationships
- Strong problem solving skills
- Professional appearance and communication style
- Arabic and English proficiency preferred
- Bachelor's degree required

About the Role
- We are looking for a highly professional Patient Coordinator to join our growing medical aesthetic clinic in Dubai.
- The Patient Coordinator plays a critical role in guiding patients through their treatment journey, supporting treatment plan acceptance, coordinating communication between patients and medical teams, and ensuring an exceptional patient experience.
- This role combines customer service, patient relations, treatment coordination, and sales support.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide patients throughout their treatment journey
