Responsibilities
- Manage end to end recruitment and hiring activities across all clinics
- Coordinate interviews, candidate assessments, and onboarding
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, and policy documents
- Monitor attendance, leave management, and employee compliance
- Support performance management and KPI tracking initiatives
- Assist clinic managers with employee relations matters
- Coordinate staff training and development programs
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor regulations
- Conduct periodic visits to clinic locations when required
- Prepare HR reports and workforce analytics for management
- Support organizational growth and workforce planning initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience in the UAE
- Experience managing HR operations for multiple branches or locations
- Strong recruitment and talent acquisition experience
- Knowledge of UAE Labor Law
- Experience with performance management systems and KPIs
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Healthcare or medical sector experience is highly preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience with HRMS systems

About the Role
- We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support a growing healthcare group operating multiple medical and aesthetic clinics across the UAE.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, performance management, compliance, and workforce planning across multiple clinic locations.
