- Create a luxury, five star hospitality experience for all patients
- Escort patients through the clinic and ensure they are comfortable throughout their visit
- Offer refreshments and assist with any special requests where appropriate
- Ensure waiting areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Act as the primary point of contact for patients during their clinic visit
- Monitor patient flow and ensure smooth movement between consultation rooms, treatment rooms, and reception
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, nurses, and reception staff to minimize waiting times
- Keep patients informed of any delays and provide updates in a professional manner
- Ensure all patients understand the next steps in their treatment journey
- Work closely with the reception team to manage patient arrivals and appointments
- Coordinate with medical and therapy teams regarding patient readiness and scheduling
Requirements
- 2 years of experience as a Patient Concierge (Preferred)
- English fluency (Required)

- Encourage patient loyalty through exceptional service and personalized care.
Clinic Operations Support
- Ensure patient records, forms, and documentation are directed to the appropriate departments when required.
- Assist with special events, promotions, and VIP visits.
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the clinic's brand image at all times.
- Support management with patient experience initiatives and service improvements.
Pay
- AED 4,000.00 AED 6,000.00 per month
