Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 5 years of operations management experience, preferably in a medical, aesthetic, or healthcare setting
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of DHA regulations and healthcare compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and problem solving abilities
- Strong organizational and financial management skills
- Proficiency in clinic management software and Microsoft Office

Overview
- We are seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our medical and aesthetic clinic.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day to day operations of the clinic.
- Ensure smooth patient flow and efficient appointment scheduling.
- Monitor clinic performance and implement improvements where necessary.
- Develop and maintain operational policies and procedures.
- Ensure all departments work efficiently and collaboratively.
- Supervise reception, nursing, therapists, and administrative teams.
- Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance.
- Conduct staff meetings and provide ongoing coaching and support.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees.
- Address employee concerns and implement disciplinary procedures when required.
- Ensure the highest standards of customer service and patient satisfaction.
- Resolve patient complaints and service related issues professionally.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of operations management experience, preferably in a medical, aesthetic, or healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of DHA regulations and healthcare compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and problem solving abilities.
- Strong organizational and financial management skills.
- Proficiency in clinic management software and Microsoft Office.
