- Excellent Phone Etiquette and communication skills
- Experience with Care Coordination
- Familiarity with Medical Terminology
- Demonstrated Patient Care skills
- Proficiency with electronic medical record or practice management systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Fluency in English required
- Previous experience in dental, dermatology, or healthcare setting preferred
- Relevant diploma or degree in healthcare administration or related field beneficial

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Patient Care Coordinator role based in Dubai. The Patient Care Coordinator will serve as a primary point of contact for patients, greeting them, managing check in and check out processes, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
