Responsibilities
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene across all clinical, reception, and common areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, wipe surfaces, and disinfect high touch areas
- Properly handle waste and recyclables in line with clinic protocols
- Clean and restock restrooms
- Monitor and replenish cleaning and hygiene supplies
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor
- Work closely with clinical and front desk teams to ensure all spaces are presentable and safe
Requirements
- Experience in professional cleaning, preferably in healthcare, dental, clinical, hospitality, or similar high standard environments
- Knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and basic infection control procedures
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as standing for long periods, lifting light to moderate loads, and operating cleaning equipment safely
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach
- Basic communication skills in English to follow instructions and safety guidelines
- Willingness to follow clinic policies, dress code, and health and safety standards
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, or extended hours as needed

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Cleaner role based in Dubai at Allure Dental And Derma Clinic.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene across all clinical, reception, and common areas, including treatment rooms, waiting areas, restrooms, and staff facilities.
- Day to day tasks include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, wiping surfaces, disinfecting high touch areas, and properly handling waste and recyclables.
- Also involves cleaning and restocking restrooms, monitoring and replenishing cleaning and hygiene supplies, and reporting any maintenance or safety issues.
- Work closely with clinical and front desk teams to ensure all spaces are presentable, safe, and aligned with infection control and health and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Experience in professional cleaning, preferably in healthcare, dental, clinical, hospitality, or similar high standard environments.
- Knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and basic infection control procedures, including proper use of cleaning agents and disinfectants.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as standing for long periods, lifting light to moderate loads, and operating cleaning equipment safely.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach.
- Basic communication skills in English to follow instructions, safety guidelines, and communicate effectively with team members; additional languages are an advantage.
- Willingness to follow clinic policies, dress code, and health and safety standards, including the use of personal protective equipment when required.
- Previous experience in a Dubai or UAE healthcare facility is an advantage; familiarity with local health and safety regulations is beneficial.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, or extended hours as needed to support clinic operations and patient schedules.
