Responsibilities
- Ensure clinic or procedure room is fully equipped with necessary instruments, devices, and supplies
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients including vital signs, medical history, fall risk evaluations
- Support physicians during patient examinations and clinic based procedures
- Coordinate and schedule follow up appointments, referrals, and diagnostic tests
- Monitor and manage medical supplies and equipment
- Accurately record vital signs and anthropometric measurements
- Document patient information and care activities in the system
- Collaborate with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare team members
- Perform simple dressing changes as required
- Administer topical applications and eye drops
- Conduct point of care testing as necessary
- Assist patients with mobility needs
Requirements
- Training program as Patient Care Assistant or Diploma in Nursing or in the same field
- 1 year of experience as a Patient Care Assistant or completion of transition to practice program for fresh graduates
- License from country of origin and license for practice as per regional health regulatory authority (e.g., SCFHS/DHA)
- BLS, ACLS and other LSTC courses as applicable
- Fluency in spoken and written English is essential; Arabic is desirable

Job Purpose

Requirements
