- Align daily operations with company values and culture
- Support the team in achieving departmental goals and objectives
- Supervise work outputs related to appointment scheduling, patient registration, medical insurance, and billing
- Provide training and mentorship to team members
- Orientate new joiners and sign off probation periods
- Ensure professional conduct and discipline within the team
- Monitor employee scheduling to ensure operational coverage
- Support cost management initiatives
- Investigate billing discrepancies and address patient concerns
- Generate reports on patient invoices, outstanding balances, and payment collections
- Conduct bi annual performance conversations and identify high potential talent
Requirements
- Experience in supervising a front office or patient administration team
- Knowledge of medical insurance and billing processes
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle complaints and improve patient experience
