As a Patient Access Programs Operations Specialist, you are the engine room of our programs. Your role is defined by tactical excellence and the ability to bridge the gap between strategy and day-to-day delivery. You will ensure that our Drug Pathway Programs are configured correctly, maintained rigorously, and updated in real-time to support our members and partners.

As a Patient Access Programs Operations Specialist, you are the engine room of our programs. Your role is defined by tactical excellence and the ability to bridge the gap between strategy and day-to-day delivery. You will ensure that our Drug Pathway Programs are configured correctly, maintained rigorously, and updated in real-time to support our members and partners.
High School diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Admin, Business, or Data Analytics preferred.
2+ years of experience in a high-volume operational role (e.g., Pharmacy Technician, Claims Processing, Benefits Administration, or PBM Operations).
Proven ability to handle repetitive, high-stakes tasks with zero-defect accuracy.
High proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data modeling) for data analysis and reporting. Experience with SQL for data querying is a significant plus, but not required.
Comfort with G-Suite/MS Office, Slack, Zoom, or similar technologies to manage cross-functional communication.
Experience with Salesforce (preferred), Zendesk, Jira (preferred), or similar technologies for tracking and resolving operational tasks.
