The Parts Program Specialist is responsible for driving awareness, understanding, and participation in Kubota parts programs across dealer and internal audiences.
This role serves as a key communication resource for parts program education, helping stakeholders understand program purpose, eligibility, enrollment steps, timelines, and business benefits.
The position develops clear messaging, training support, and communication plans that improve adoption, strengthen dealer engagement, and support parts sales growth.
This role also partners cross-functionally to ensure parts programs are communicated consistently, executed effectively, and continuously improved based on feedback and results.
