Parts Assistant

At Upstream Data, our Parts & Inventory team is the heartbeat of production. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced shop environment, enjoys variety, and can keep our parts and projects running like clockwork.

Pulling and preparing build kits for fabrication, welding, electrical, machining, and mechanical teams.

Organizing, labeling, and storing parts so everything’s easy to find.

Receiving and tracking incoming materials.

Helping keep our inventory system accurate and efficient (SAP experience is a bonus).

Working closely with multiple departments to make sure parts are where they need to be, when they need to be there.

Running the occasional materials pickup and helping out wherever needed.

1–3 years of experience in parts coordination, inventory, or warehouse operations.

Strong organization skills and an eye for detail (you notice when one washer is missing).

Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, or fabrication parts.

Comfortable using computers and inventory systems.

Class 5 driver’s license required; trailer experience is a plus.
