Build and maintain strategic data partnerships to enhance platform capabilities.
The role focuses on partner acquisition, agreement negotiation, relationship management, performance analysis, and data governance compliance.
Compensation
- The stated payout is $110K–$220K per year.
Workplace
- The position is remote and work-from-anywhere.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to identify, evaluate, and onboard data partners across industries.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements covering data-sharing terms, pricing, and service-level agreements.
- Collaborate with engineering, legal, and product teams on business and technical requirements.
- Monitor partnership performance through data volume, quality, revenue impact, and other KPIs.
- Ensure partnerships follow regulatory and ethical standards, including GDPR, CCPA, and internal data policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data partnerships, business development, or a related technology or data-infrastructure field.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills, including drafting and finalizing complex agreements.
- Deep understanding of data governance, privacy laws, and compliance frameworks such as GDPR and CCPA.
- Ability to analyze partnership performance metrics and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional and external collaboration.
- Familiarity with API integrations, JSON or CSV data formats, and third-party data platforms.
