Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including technology providers, enterprise clients, and channel partners
- Own the end to end partner lifecycle: sourcing opportunities, negotiating agreements, coordinating onboarding, and tracking joint performance
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to design partner propositions
- Maintain strong account relationships, resolve partner issues, and prepare regular performance and pipeline reports
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and participate in industry events to expand DigiTax’s partner ecosystem
Requirements
- Proven strategic partnerships leader with 5–7+ years of experience, including at least 3 years dedicated to building and scaling strategic partnerships within the UAE
- Demonstrated success in creating partnership ecosystems from scratch that generate measurable revenue, customer acquisition, and long term business growth
- Strong existing network across the UAE with ability to quickly establish commercial relationships with Government, semi government entities, tax consultants, accounting firms, law firms, ERP providers, system integrators, marketplaces, eCommerce platforms, FinTechs, payment gateways, banks, financial institutions, telecom providers, business councils, chambers of commerce, and free zones
- Proven experience designing and executing a partnership strategy and roadmap
- Ability to define, implement, and continuously optimize partnership KPIs
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close strategic commercial agreements
- Strong commercial mindset with a track record of driving organic growth through indirect sales channels and strategic alliances
- Comfortable operating in a fast paced, high growth environment with ambitious targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Professional proficiency in English is essential

Role Description
- The Partnerships Manager is a full time, on site role based in the United Arab Emirates.
- This role involves identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including technology providers, enterprise clients, and channel partners.
- The Partnerships Manager will own the end to end partner lifecycle: sourcing opportunities, negotiating agreements, coordinating onboarding, and tracking joint performance.
- Day to day responsibilities include collaborating with sales and product teams to design partner propositions, maintaining strong account relationships, resolving partner issues, and preparing regular performance and pipeline reports.
- The role also involves market research, competitive analysis, and participation in industry events to expand DigiTax’s partner ecosystem and enhance revenue and market presence.
Must Have Requirements
- Proven strategic partnerships leader with 5–7+ years of experience, including at least 3 years dedicated to building and scaling strategic partnerships within the UAE.
- Demonstrated success in creating partnership ecosystems from scratch that generate measurable revenue, customer acquisition, and long term business growth.

- Proven experience designing and executing a partnership strategy and roadmap, including identifying priority partner segments, defining partnership models, and building scalable engagement programs.
- Ability to define, implement, and continuously optimize partnership KPIs, including sourced pipeline, influenced revenue, partner activation, joint marketing activities, partner engagement, certifications, referrals, and ROI.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close strategic commercial agreements that create long term value for both organizations.
- Strong commercial mindset with a track record of driving organic growth through indirect sales channels and strategic alliances.
- Comfortable operating in a fast paced, high growth environment with ambitious targets and measurable outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong account management and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to nurture executive relationships and maximize partner success.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills, with confidence engaging C level executives and senior government stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with experience measuring partnership performance, forecasting pipeline, and making data driven decisions.
- Previous experience within B2B SaaS, FinTech, Tax Technology, Regulatory Technology, ERP, or enterprise software environments is highly desirable.
- Ability to work cross functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Operations, and Executive Leadership to build successful go to market initiatives.
- Experience developing partner enablement programs, joint go to market plans, co marketing campaigns, incentive structures, and executive business reviews.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline. An MBA or relevant professional certifications are considered an advantage.
- Professional proficiency in English is essential. Arabic is a strong advantage, and additional regional languages are a plus.
