  • The platform enables businesses to generate and transmit tax compliant e invoices and meet diverse reporting requirements from a single, integrated system.

Role Description

  • The Business Development Manager role at DigiTax is a full time, on site position based in the United Arab Emirates.
  • The person in this role will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads, and develop strong relationships with prospects, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, presenting DigiTax solutions to prospective clients, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and driving deals to closure.
  • The role also involves collaborating with product, marketing, and customer success teams to refine go to market strategies and ensure client needs are addressed effectively.
  • Performance will be measured through revenue growth, client acquisition, and expansion of DigiTax’s presence in target markets.

Must Have Requirements

  • Strong business development, sales, and account management skills, with proven experience in B2B SaaS or technology services.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in the UAE market across fintech, SaaS, technology services, or technical sales.
  • Existing and active business network across UAE B2B companies.
  • Comfortable working in an intense, fast paced sales environment with short sales cycles.
  • Proven ability to consistently achieve at least 90% of monthly sales targets.
  • Self driven, proactive, and results oriented with a strong go getter mindset.
  • Comfortable with a 60/40 OTE compensation structure.

Additional Qualifications

  • Knowledge of e invoicing, tax compliance, fintech solutions, or similar technology products, with the ability to explain technical concepts in clear business terms.
  • Strong skills in market research, lead generation, pipeline management, and CRM usage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with product, operations, and customer success teams to deliver strong client solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with a data driven approach to performance tracking and decision making.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. An advanced degree or professional certification is a plus.
  • Previous experience in the UAE or GCC region, with strong familiarity with local business practices.
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, high growth environment and adapting to evolving regulatory and market conditions.
