Partner Business Manager (Associate)

The Associate Partner Business Manager is responsible for supporting partner engagement, relationship development, pipeline growth, and revenue-generating activities within assigned partner accounts.

This role works closely with partner organizations, internal sales teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to help drive new business opportunities and strengthen partner alignment.

It is an excellent opportunity for an early-career channel professional looking to develop expertise in partner management, sales strategy, and channel development.

• Support the development and growth of relationships with assigned Verint partners.
• Work collaboratively with partners and internal sales teams to identify and advance new business opportunities.
• Assist in executing partner business plans and tracking progress against agreed-upon goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Participate in quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and help gather data, insights, and action items.
• Build productive relationships with partner contacts and internal stakeholders across sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
• Help coordinate partner enablement activities, including training sessions, webinars, events, marketing campaigns, and networking opportunities.
• Support demand generation initiatives designed to increase partner engagement and pipeline development.
